Later came, Susrutha, Charaka and Vagbhata, who documented the treatment and doctrines of Ayurveda. read more »
As we age, or even when we are at a young age, we strive to fulfill our skin hunger needs. When I say 'skin hunger', it simply means being touched in some way, shape, or form. Skin hunger begins from the moment we are born and without getting out skin hunger needs met as infants, it can result in people being distant, untrusting, and almost feel as if it is "you versus the world". However, as time goes on, we go for long periods of time without any sense of touch from another human being. read more »

Motivation to create a healthy lifestyle
Who doesn’t want to be healthy? First what does healthy mean to you?

This is one of the more read topics as I'm editing today, and I'm going to bump this up in the forum as well. Jacob Teitelbaum, MD Has Come 'From Fatigued to Fantastic'
"Feed me now or I'll kill you!" got a round of laughter from the crowd listening to Jacob Teitelbaum, MD, or 'Dr. T'. It certainly hit home for me. He broke things down in a very entertaining way, to the "SHINE Protocol" -- sleep, hormones, infections, nutrition, exercise. read more »

We're looking forward to hearing from you on this topic; have you done a cleanse to detoxify before? What experiences have you had? I've spoken with a lot of people who have done cleanses they're read or heard about, and were frustrated or didn't have good results. I'm hoping Dr. read more »
