adrenal fatigue
Electromagnetic fields (EMFs) have a negative impact on wellness. The EMF sources that are conventionally known and disclosed are many, and how much they emit varies. It was kind of like putting a frog in water and gradually raising the temperature -- we just didn't react, as a society (in the US, I am speaking about, but this applies 'beyond'). read more »

Compliant. Complacent. Committed? Which am I?
I had the pleasure of turning fifty this past week, with Easter being two days later, and it made me think about 'habits', as I was Chatting with someone on facebook about their Passover meals and why they don't change what they serve in accordance with what they know are the foods that are contributing or causing health problems. My own family has, over the last fifteen years since I had IgG food allergy testing done, realized that they were also not good with wheat, and they have completely removed wheat from their eating, even on holidays. read more »
