IgE: Food Allergies you are Scratch Tested for, Fast, Dramatic Reactions

I established a Forum area at Lumigrate.com a year ago for people with IgE food allergies because we thought it was very important to reinforce the difference between IgE and IgG food allergies through Lumigrate.com's integrative medicine information.  In the first months I put as much effort into befriending people in those groups on facebook, encouraging them to write and link in the Forum area and it's now time to roll IgE into a Topic within food allergies and make one Forum that is about food allergies and sensitivities it seems.  So if you're knowledgeable about IgE food allergies, please Comment below this!  

If you're looking in here and know about IgE food allergies, please write something for others to read -- direct them to your resources on facebook or on websites!  As it has developed to date in the initial six months of Lumigrate.com, we've had more interest from the 'chronic illness' population and that --- as we know and therefore addressed with our Food Allergies and Sensitivities video, tends to be more the IgG food allergies group (and the many MORE who do NOT know they even have an IgG food allergy contributing to their chronic illness).

But whether you have IgE or IgG (or just are interested in food), some areas about food allergies that you might want to look at here are in the Forum / Nutrition area  "Food Allergy Cooking - Recipes" (so please deposit recipes in THAT area).  There also is "Food Allergies - Our Experiences", which is intended as a place for those of us who have found our way to learning about food allergies to talk about it.  How did we figure it out?  How do we deal with it?  And then if we have a recipe, say 'I'll put that recipe for air cake over there in the "Food Allergy Cooking - Recipes" section here at Lumigrate.com.  (Grins).   

There are TWO videos I wanted to produce for the launch of Lumigrate.com specific to food allergies and this is why. 

One is Dr. Christopher Lepisto (naturopath)'s "Food Allergies and Sensitivities" because you can, for $20 anywhere in the world get a video AND handouts emailed to you that you can watch the full hour long video seminar and be as close to being lucky enough to be his patient as I am.... with diligence you can actually identify your allergies for $0 in testing, it's just easier if you have access to the testing (and the $400 for the testing).  (And to be honest, I think it's more accurate to do elimination, it just is time consuming and takes a lot of effort and ... diligence, which is hard to do realistically). 

AND for those of us who then know what we need to do with eating differently (or exercising, or stopping or starting any new 'habit') Dr. Paula King (psychologist) was kind enough to contribute her time to record 'Strategies for Lasting Change' which has a cool handwriting exercise that shows why it's so HARD to take on a new habit, and then gives us a full on 'guided imagery' exercise!  Again, for $20, anyone in the world can download a video and powerpoint of what she says in the seminar.  All videos are set up to not have any time limit or 'watch limit' on them... you can watch them a million times for 100 years!  Show others!  Maybe charge $1 admission for everyone and recoup your $20!  My concept with Lumigrate.com is different: we don't have advertisers.  It's like milk: you want a bottle, it's a charge for the production, and we're charging a low price ... the cost of going to a movie!  And it's your HEALTH.  We also hope that the public will call up, write, or email their health care providers and say 'please look at this website and download this video, as I think it describes what I might want YOUR help with.'
