It's not easy "being green", but a green Earth is a healthy Earth for all involved. This forum has information about the environment's impact on wellness/illness. We are products of our environment, literally as well as figuratively. What gets into our bodies through body systems for breathing, consuming food and drink, and absorbing through skin (the largest organ of the body) is critical. Excretion and the normal cleansing processes of the body systems, working together, is important to where we are on "the wellness/illness continuum".

When what you eat and drink doesn't 'give you enough of what you need', supplements come into play. This can be "vitamins and minerals" in the form of pills, capsules, and powders from the old 'one a day' concept of derived chemicals or newer whole food types. The info is all Printable to take with you to show others and help THEM learn what you know or be a reference for you in the future. (Don't forget your providers on that, they need to know of good information out there most of all!)
