Addictions and Adoptions; Teachers and Tools
"You can't have peace until you put the pieces together." These words were the big message yesterday as I had Oprah on in the background while I worked. My interest was piqued because it was well done show about bringing people who had been separated back together; mother's who had given babies for adoption, for instance. Since my father was adopted and later in life was found through Adoption Exchange by a niece who also had been adopted out, a family who had someone do the whole genealogy ancestry and had this one 'missing boy' from 1921. I established two areas for starters here in the Nutrition area of the Forums on Lumigrate.com and now have modified things a bit so am hoping to catch people where they are looking. Please know there is a general 'Nutrition' area for everyone no matter if they have food allergies or eat a particular way, and it has all kinds of recipes from people, and mostly from before they became aware of food allergies and changed how they were eating OR they did modifications to make them healthier if they knew those concepts already. Fear, Courage, FUN and the Process of Making Changes
How's 2010 going for you so far? Whether you're a person who set 'intentions' or made 'resolutions', or are whimsically wandering through your days, I'm hoping YOU will benefit from the two inspiring and related interactions I had yesterday.
