What's in a Number? For Tres, Three Was His Charm
On March 3, 2021, I took this photo of Tres meeting for the first time, my client of over a year who had, from our interview meeting in late 2019, included O'Rio Grande in things.

Tradition!
I'm hearing the music from Fiddler on the Roof --- "Tradition! ...... Tradition .....!"

Oh, The Places GO'Rio Will Go! The Summer Brings Us Into End of Life Transitions
I'm eating a lot of cole slaw lately. In late July, I received word through Messenger (interconnected with Facebook) of the sudden passing of one of my most important friends of my entire life. I hope the readers of Lumigrate find it helpful, especially around having those difficult, vital life-changing dialogues around what's really important. I would be interested to hear from any of you regarding your reactions, responses or impressions. Thanks--Beth read more »

I've been spending a bit of time talking and communicating with people who I know in my own community or who are part of the Lumigrate team getting things done which you'll see or hear on the website in the near future. It seems that many people are having overall a cheerful holiday season but they are also feeling a sense of loss. read more »

I'm establishing two areas about food allergies for now, this one and "Food Allergy Cooking - Recipes" (so please deposit recipes in THAT area). This is intended as a place for those of us who have found our way to learning about food allergies to talk about it. How did we figure it out? How do we deal with it? And then if we have a recipe, say 'I'll put that recipe for air cake over there in the "Food Allergy Cooking - Recipes" section here at Lumigrate.com. (Grins). read more »
