It will ease Fibromyalgia pain to very mild fms pain and pain free days and weeks and etc.. and it will Get rid of Headaches and Anxieties

fatigue, irritability, nervousness, depression, insomnia, flushing, impaired memory and concentration. Anxieties are common as are frontal or bitemporal headaches, dizziness and faintness.  blurring of vision, nasal congestion, ringing in the ears, numbness and tingling of the hands, feet or face and sometimes leg or foot cramps.  Excessive gas, abdominal cramps, loose stools or diarrhea are frequent.

The acute symptoms are frightening and occur at highly variable glucose levels, but usually three or four hours after eating.  The release of adrenaline, more than sufficient for correcting the fallen blood or brain sugar, induces these distressing twenty-to-thirty minute events. They include hand or internal shaking accompanied by sweating, especially with hunger. Heart irregularities or pounding and severe anxiety completes the picture. The more intense bouts are labeled panic attacks. Feeling faint is common and actual syncope may occur.  Nocturnal attacks are often preceded by nightmares and cause severe sleep disturbance resulting in daytime somnolence.

Only a perfect diet will control the

symptoms

the Symptoms will leave within 3 months on the diet  you will have withdraw symptoms for the 1st 2 weeks with headaches and more fms/cfs pain but it will leave within 2 weeks BUT MY SYMPTOMS LEFT WITHIN 2 WEEKS AND A HALF

Re: THE FIBRO/CFS& HEADACHE& ETC DIET WILL HELP U SO ...

Hi, I agree... Dietary intervention can mean the difference between living and just surviving.
I'm Angela Dunston Barakat, the author of a gluten-free and casein-free diet book: From A (Autistic Spectrum Disorders) to ZZZ (Insomnia), and it is available through the AuthorHouse.com bookstore or by calling (888) 280-7715.
My book includes 350+ recipes, weekly menus and related grocery lists, and product and manufacturer information. It also includes tables that list symptoms and diseases related to gluten and other food intolerances. This diet will help you avoid gluten (wheat, barley, rye, oat), casein (dairy), yeast, and artificial ingredients. The diet will help diet responders of autistic spectrum disorders, behavior & learning issues, and celiac disease & dermatitis herpetiformis, chronic insomnia, depression, enuresis (bedwetting), fibromyalgia, and schizophrenia.
May you find peace and good health in the coming new year.

Re: THE FIBRO/CFS& HEADACHE& ETC DIET WILL HELP U SO ...

When I first had fibromyalgia back in 1997, my husband worked with someone who also had FMS but this person was feeling better by eliminating wheat.   However, when I asked him to find out what this person used as bread, the response was white bread instead of wheat bread – white bread like you can buy in a regular grocery. Needless to say, they obviously weren’t truly eating wheat-free and I gave up trying that as I didn’t understand how it could possibly be the answer anyway. Occasionally, I wonder what life would have been like if I would have pursued that and found that diet really is the answer.

It’s been my experience that I have to avoid all “gluten” prolamins in wheat, barley, rye, and oat. The prolamins in these grains are what cause the problems. However, wheat is the strongest.  So, if you respond to wheat-free, you may respond even better to removing other “gluten” grains from your diet.

The overall term for these grains came from one of wheat’s prolamins called gluten, but wheat also has another prolamin called gliadin, which can cause “gluten” problems too. Other prolamins that cause "gluten" problems are: hordein in barley, secalin in rye, and avenin in oat.

Gluten seems to be in everything, and it’s hard to identify because it usually isn’t called gluten in the ingredient label. So what can you eat to get started…fresh fruits, fresh vegetables, unprocessed eggs, unprocessed meats and seafood, unprocessed beans and nuts, and gluten-free grains like rice, tapioca, and quinoa.

The difference in my life before gluten-free and after gluten-free is like having two different lives.  Please give yourself a chance to experience this difference.

White Bread isn't Wheat! Hear it ALL the time!

Isn't that funny that some people don't stop to think what is in white bread?  It's a GREAT example of ignoring the obvious!

It reminds me of a day my husband and stepdaughter were going to the dump and took her friend with them.  She was a girl who amazed me in January when she joined us for dinner because she hadn't had a sit down meal with people at her house since Thanksgiving -- she was a real nice girl too, just very sad that she was so left to her own at age 15.  She remarked about the smell at the dump and then said she was glad her trash didn't come there.  They asked her where her trash went, and she said 'into the trash truck'.    I don't lie!
