Vaccinations Overall: Where Do YOU Stand, as an American (or Otherwise)?
Do you have a 'plan' about getting vaccinated? Does it matter to you what the disease is, or is it your belief generally to get all the vaccines suggested and available, or conversely, none? You're here reading this, so you're somewhere past 'unaware' of the issue of vaccines, you're now 'aware' and if you continue on and do the work involved to become educated, which has been laid out for you in this topic, so it's now just a matter of your taking the TIME and ENERGY to become EDUCATED, form your opinions, and then act upon them. read more »

If there is ever a trivia question about me and what I LOVE, it's patios, so I am carving out a few minutes this afternoon on a BEAUTIFUL spring day in Colorado, where it was literally storming unbelievably hard yesterday, to listen to sit in the sun, listen to the the birds and think about all the moments such as these that have occurred in the fifty years since I was born. read more »

Reorganizing and Cleaning Up for Spring, FMS/CF Awareness, Anniversary, Birthday .... Busy!

Life is a process, a cycle. And websites are like people and seems to have developmental stages, just like kids and people do. Lumigrate will pass it's one year anniversary this week on Saturday, March 27th, and the following Friday Mardy will turn 50. The way Lumigrate evolved from an idea to a reality, not exactly as Mardy had planned because a person doesn't work in a vacuum -- you're influenced by the people you utilize for your information and by who comes to work for you, the economy, and your life events. How Dr. Spurlock and Lumigrate came to be ....
Through the wonders of Facebook and the way people with similar interests get connected and suggested and 'befriended', Dr. Spurlock's previous Facebook page and mine were connected. read more »
