Lumigrate "GRATE Group" Chili
This is SO great if you have vegetarians, omnivores, grain-free, dairy-free, dairy lovers, avocado lovers or avocado averse, corn chip lovers or corn averse, etc. Vegetarian soup with a kick with things to put under and over / in it as toppings and bottomings.

This was prompted by a question posed by a facebook friend related to having a little 'adult beverage' enjoyment and staying compliant with gluten. I've started writing a blog about my FMS and new adventure of going gluten free. I don't have celiac (thank goodness) but breads and pastas do make me not feel so good. I get bloated and constipated and my stomach will growl for hours. Since cutting out most gluten I have already noticed an increase in energy, my stomach has deflated and I am loosing weight and have noticed a bit less pain. I am allowing myself some gluten because I haven't figured out a way around it yet and I am the type that needs baby steps. read more »

I'm establishing two areas for starters here in the Nutrition area of the Forums on Lumigrate.com.
This one is for Recipes and Cooking tips, etc. The other is "Food Allergies - Our Experiences", which is a place for all of us to record (or others to read) how we found out about our food allergies, our processing of that, and what we've learned.
