As you hopefully have gathered, I like Lumigrate to present progressive information that is valid in a steamlined and FUN way, so here's a video that was on facebook, which caught my eyes, as the head of the Collective Health Initiatives had posted it and I know she is valid, progressive and FUN too. It's under 5 minutes and I thoroughly enjoyed it and will look forward to any Comments you might share.
In the first year of Lumigrate.com being on the Internet, the Your Story 'topic' within the general Fibromyalgia Forum, where I initially placed it on the 2009 Fibromyalgia Awareness Day due to so many people wanting to share their stories, had over 800 reads! Considering I've intentionally kept the people who know about Lumigrate kind of 'to ourselves' in order to provide time for close friendships of other people with it and networks professionally to develop, that let me know that it's an area that is deserving of it's own Forum. Friends, Food and Fibromyagia. Cancer and Community.
I attended a memorial service and after party/gathering in a rural western Colorado 'fellowship hall' for the husband of a friend of mine who has just been very special since the day we sat next to each other at a progressive health-type seminar three years ago this month. My day's variables had been more time-extensive than I'd planned and MapQuest misdirected me to miles from where the service was AND the one paper notice that I had with me was incomplete and gave the time and place of the after party as the time and place of the memorial.
