toothpaste

I have long used a well-known 'alternative' brand of toothpaste, which provides both fluoride-added and fluoride-free versions, because I thought it was good for you.  I recently came across a very simple toothpaste recipe that I thought sounded good.  So I went and read what was in my commercial, 'health food' toothpaste and was shocked!  It had titanium dioxide and sodium laurel phosphate.  OMG!  What crap!    read more »

With so much evidence showing harmful effects of water fluoridation, or 'feeding fluoride' as I understand the utility industry calls it, its great to see much going on in Colorado, and beyond. The article last week in one of the local newspapers (link, below) related that Palisade, Colorado (USA) recently stopped the practice of adding it to the water supply which has some people debating if that is best, which has gotten me and others I know wanting to take action!   read more »
