TRADITION.... Our Formative Times
Today is the day in the US, where most people turn their attention to the television and the last football game of this season. This is Superbowl 44, which means that I was 5 when the first one was on TV. I wasn't aware of the game until much later, when a very good friend's family had a birthday party for her for her 18th, which was actually in mid January. New Orleans and FOOD. As Mardy's friend Liz (whose birthday it is today) says: beads, beverages, and beignes. So that's for the Saints. What about the Colts? Grain? Hay? Carrots? Go ahead and put your recipes and party ideas in and next year we can build on them!
