I found a PDF online at the website SenstoryStreet dot com that was really superb at the basics of Brain Gym/ aka EK/ Educational Kinesiology. It's titled about three Brain Gym movements to help you lower stress, and when you see the PDF, it's geared towards 'for kids' -- but that's just marketing niche stuff, these activities were more helpful in grown people who had deteriorated brain function in my use of them. read more »
