I recently celebrated a birthday and had seen what looked to be a fun, easy and relatively healthy recipe on a raw/vegan Facebook page. We have cooking classes at my clinic, Renewed Vitality in Dallas, Texas, and I found the recipe visually appealing, and it appeared simple enough to create, so I asked my Sous Chef, Lynn, to make it. And it was fabulous!
