This can be a season of high and low energy, wide swings of positive and negative ideas swirl around as we reflect on the end of one year and prepare for a new year. I am setting my intentions this month to pay attention to my energy level throughout the day.

My focus is on interacting with other people in a positive way. I believe there is positive energy in everyone, even the person who does the most verbal complaining.  I am seeking that positive spark to focus on and encourage whenever I can. This keeps me focused on the positive and may have an overflow effect on other people.  

I can manage my energy levels by supporting my own state of mind. I challenge you to pay attention this week to how you react or respond to other people.  Are you easily swayed by the behavior of other people?  Can you hold your focus on what is working for you and be appreciative of the day when other people are looking at all that is wrong for them?  

At the end of the day, I want to look back and reflect on how I managed my energetic levels by actions and words.
