I found a PDF online at the website SenstoryStreet dot com that was really superb at the basics of Brain Gym/ aka EK/ Educational Kinesiology. It's titled about three Brain Gym movements to help you lower stress, and when you see the PDF, it's geared towards 'for kids' -- but that's just marketing niche stuff, these activities were more helpful in grown people who had deteriorated brain function in my use of them.

However, Brain Gym / Educational Kinesiology (EK)  was not effective with some forms of neurological degeneration, or perhaps it's more accurate to surmise it was further on in a progressive process.  It just depended on what each patient had as the underlying reasons for the dysfunction. (Notice I stated plural, reasonS -- remember to think divergently, not convergently!).

It not only has "cross crawls", but modified versions for performing in sitting and horizontal / in supine (on your back). "Brain buttons" were the other one, but called something a little different now than when I learned in the late 1990s, I guess.  And then "hook ups".  In my years doing these daily with clients seeking out the company I worked for due to their innovative driving rehabilitation program, we used two of these and two others with all students, no matter what age and ability or impairment. Then we'd add other Brain Gym / Educational Kinesiology activity/ exercises as needed, including the "brain buttons".

And this source ENCOURAGES people to share this information!  This is what you'll see at that following link:

SORRY, THE LINK NO LONGER WORKS.  THERE'S STILL GOOD INFORMATION AT THEIR WEBSITE ABOUT SENSORY PROCESSING / SENSATIONAL KIDS BUT IT APPEARS THEY HAVE PARED DOWN TO FOCUS ON THEIR OWN PREPARATIONS. .....
