Aimee --- What Ya Want to Do .... (Hear Pure Prarie League?) ... with Your Forum
I am very pleased that Aimee agreed to have a Forum on Lumigrate. She's been along with us for over half of our existence and has made significant and continual contributions to the Forum areas and the facebook stream. She wrote a nice piece that is in the Forums about grief and the holidays last winter and has been doing amazing outreach to her real-world community, media, and the Internet.
Today she got herself a 'job' when she messaged me with the following link and I was just blown away at how wonderfully she spoke about fibromyalgia in a fifteen minute interview. She appears to me to have been studying up on all the latest valid, allopathic information, and in talking with her, she also wanted to talk more with the show about other strategies but they wisely I think wrapped it up with the information they did in this segment. I hope she does other interviews with the same host in Dayton, Ohio. So I look forward to all we are going to learn from her, I know she had a lot of wonderful information and we're going to develop information that can be used to 'support support and education group facilitators', as we've experienced the same things thousands of miles apart and years apart. She is a health advocate for her family members, and I tell you, I'd hire her to be mine if I could!
If everyone with chronic illness would watch the 20 minute, $0, full barrel syndrome video on Lumigrate I would be certain health care would reform. If everyone with FMS or who treated patients with FMS and CFS would invest 15 minutes and $0, I'd also feel that health care would reform. Sprinkle in some from the other providers here on Lumigrate and I think we're worth an hour's worth of time on Lumigrate for those searching for valid, progressive, streamlined and FUN information. WELCOME AIMEE.... Thank you SO MUCH ~~ Mardy

Live and Learn. Learn and Live Better! is my motto. I'm Mardy Ross, and I founded Lumigrate in 2008 after a career as an occupational therapist with a background in health education and environmental research program administration. Today I function as the desk clerk for short questions people have, as well as 'concierge' services offered for those who want a thorough exploration of their health history and direction to resources likely to progress their health according to their goals. Contact Us comes to me, so please do if you have questions or comments. Lumigrate is "Lighting the Path to Health and Well-Being" for increasing numbers of people. Follow us on social networking sites such as: Twitter: http://twitter.com/lumigrate and Facebook. (There is my personal page and several Lumigrate pages. For those interested in "groovy" local education and networking for those uniquely talented LumiGRATE experts located in my own back yard, "LumiGRATE Groove of the Grand Valley" is a Facebook page to join. (Many who have joined are beyond our area but like to see the Groovy information! We not only have FUN, we are learning about other providers we can be referring patients to and 'wearing a groove' to each other's doors -- or websites/home offices!) By covering some of the things we do, including case examples, it reinforces the concepts at Lumigrate.com as well as making YOU feel that you're part of a community. Which you ARE at Lumigrate!
