Yoga is a great exercise to master fibromyalgia. Start slowly. Hold stretches at 80% of what you feel you can do. Our endorphins kick in and we feel great, but we could have a flare-up later. Start slowly to incorporate this critical daily habit to master fibromyalgia.

We all have them. The days that the last thing we want to do is exercise. We would rather turn out all the lights, crawl under the covers, and try to sleep until the pain stops. BUT.... if you get moving it WILL help. It doesn't take much...just a few stretches, a walk to the corner and back...
