It is an honor to say that I know Lynn Hellerstein, OD, author of See it. Say it. Do It! She not only further boosted my performance with brain / vision therapy and special eyeglasses, she has helped many of my clients and patients in the past 15 years as well. She had written portions of books I had used in OT school in the 1990s, it turned out -- so it was a very good thing to have found my way to her when I was in Denver as a new OT in 1997. read more »

Parents feel helpless when their frustrated children cry, “I can’t read! I can’t do math! I can’t hit a baseball!” Maybe the child is trying to say, “I can’t see!” Children may have 20/20 eyesight but still suffer from vision problems. They can read an eye chart just fine. But they can’t read a book. read more »
