peppermint oil

I have long used a well-known 'alternative' brand of toothpaste, which provides both fluoride-added and fluoride-free versions, because I thought it was good for you.  I recently came across a very simple toothpaste recipe that I thought sounded good.  So I went and read what was in my commercial, 'health food' toothpaste and was shocked!  It had titanium dioxide and sodium laurel phosphate.  OMG!  What crap!    read more »
