Charlotte Iserbyt is a fascinating woman. I really resonated with this in particular, early on in a most interesting video interview with her: She kept being put in spots where change was occurring, and she'd find herself being pushed. And she eventually found herself being appointed under Ronald Reagan to be the Head of Policy for the Department of Education.
