I'm preparing information differently in 2015. I'm starting every topic off with a pep talk about how YOU are the one in charge of YOU and your wellness, and that of any other people you are influential with in your home. Often that's your responsibility if they are not of age or for other reasons unable to do the work themselves.  I encourage parents to start turning the research on certain things over to their children when they are old enough to participate.    read more »
