I was deeply moved by a woman posting in a group on Facebook, which was about genetics and chronic illnesses that are not so much in the cancer realm, relating that her son has a very rare type of cancer (as in less than 20 cases in the world), so organized medicine does not have solutions since there aren't a lot of people to benefit from all the costs to research and develop treatments.   read more »
