Amy, who writes Flourish with Fibro did a really neat piece about belly dancing so I thought I'd share the link.  Worth the read... I have a scarf with the bells on them that is for hiking in bear or mountain lion country..... Maybe I'll put it on and turn on some music and take a FUN BREAK!
