Allergy season has come and gone (mostly), yet the sinus problems and other issues remain. Why? Well for those of us in north east coast, we know that one day it can be a nice 65 degrees and the next is drop to a freezing 30. This has been the weather pattern for the past few weeks. It is beautiful one day and the next, you can't stand out for more than 5 minutes without freezing!  read more »
