chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

In December, I was diagnosed with COPD. I was shocked and it has taken me this long to come to terms with it and write about it here at Lumigrate. COPD stands for "Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease". The name of this disease is scary enough, and when I read the prognosis of living 5 yrs. to 10 yrs. from the time of the diagnosis, that did me in!
