Vitamin D - Link to Forum re: Colds/Flu has GRATE Info

(Sometimes it's a toss up as to which area to post a piece in and then link to it from the other pertinent areas where people would look.) There are many pieces in that forum -- you can see them by clicking on the link on the farthest right side above the area you are reading.
