I wanted to be sure everyone who is researching using Lumigrate about chronic pain knows of the information in a section in forums that was created using the broader term 'environmental illness' -- You may simply scroll down the list and find it OR here's the direct link:

In this section which has the chronic pain forum, there are a lot of forums. I think all have information of merit, and want to be certain everyone investigates ALL the information that was provided over the years by Marc Spurlock, MD. I think EVERY YOUser whether well or unwell, in pain or not, does well by starting at Lumigrate with his topic about "Load Theory". (It begins with the words "Are You Loaded? ... " because it works in our YOU! word. (I had suggested that, at his website I believe he has a different title on the same information). There are also specific, short, succinct and clear topics on fibromyalgia, chronic pain, hormone/ endocrine system remediation, etc. He's provided some great easy recipes too, for a tonic/drink using apple cider vinegar, a watermellon cake that is his new birthday tradition at Renewed Vitality, his clinic in Dallas, Texas (USA), and many other things.
And as I said, above, look throught he forums. Make a note to come back to Lumigrate's forums and continue learning, we hopefully make it easier for people with low energy, brain fog perhaps, etc. to find GRATE information online, or at least increase your odds of it if I'm finding good resources and sorting out the ones I want to be certain people know about so they can consider them a resource for learning and improving their wellness state.
