Jon Kabatt-Zin is where I started with meditation in the mid 1990s so I am a huge fan of his, and you'll see two links from the place the link takes you to are 'from' him.

I don't know what I would have done without having seen a book that appealed to me titled "Full Catastrophe Living" back when my life felt that way. It was, and my health followed suit, and I wholeheartedly believe that every moment spent meditating is a moment that's helping your mind/body/spirit 'holistic' wellness.
