Our TWO Psychologists and their TWO Videos for YOU!

Occupational therapy is kind of a blend of PT and psychology, and so I'm fairly well versed in this area in some regards, but there is nothing like expert psychologists. Lumigrate and it's followers are fortunate to have TWO:

For those of us who want your own in-home (via doanload) psychologist about making lasting changes in your life (such as eating, exercising, or stopping or starting any new 'habit') Dr. Paula King (psychologist) was kind enough to contribute her time to record 'Strategies for Lasting Change', which has a cool handwriting exercise that shows why it's so HARD to take on a new habit, and then gives us a full on 'guided imagery' exercise! Also FREE in terms of $ and requiring only the time and energy to download and watch, anyone in the world can download a video and powerpoint of this incredibly powerful seminar. She's presented at conferences with the likes of Gary Null, Andrew Weil, etc. .. so this is a wonderful opportunity to 'have' one of the best in the nation at your disposal!

All videos are set up to not have any time limit or 'watch limit' on them... you can watch them a million times for 100 years! Show others -- useful for medical offices wanting to offer providers that have expertise beyond their staff's. We also hope that the public will call up, write, or email their health care providers and say 'please look at this website and download this video, as I think it describes what I might want YOUR help with.'
